Do I need a course platform to use TechTeach Email?
No. TechTeach Email works alongside Teachable, Thinkific, Circle or Kajabi — and it works just as well standalone. If you want tighter integration, the API and webhooks let you sync students and progress from any platform.
Is there a limit on how many students I can have?
You're billed by active students, not by email volume, so there are no surprise send overages. You can upgrade, downgrade or pause at any time — and unused student slots roll over for 30 days on yearly plans.
Can I import my existing list and course content?
Yes. Import from CSV or use the one-click importers for Mailchimp, Klaviyo and ConvertKit. Tags, custom fields and consent history come with you, so your compliance data stays intact. On Studio plans our team handles the migration for you.
How does the drip lesson logic actually work?
You can unlock a lesson by a number of days, a fixed calendar date, or a student action — like opening a previous lesson, clicking a link or completing a purchase. Flows can branch, pause for students who fall behind, and resume automatically.
Is TechTeach Email GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant, with data processing agreements available on request, EU data residency options, automatic one-click unsubscribe handling and suppression-list management built into every send. We're also CAN-SPAM compliant.
